Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic Fostering Agency
Salary - up to £31,500
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in order to recruit for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis.
They have a therapeutic approach, providing high quality training to Foster Carers in Therapeutic Parenting. They also have a clinical psychologist on the team, who provides additional support.
You will play a major part in the building of their service in the Yorkshire area, recruiting and assessing Foster Carers as well as providing support and supervision to existing carers.
You will be home based, working fairly independently and with the flexibility to work to your own schedule. They also offer a very competitive salary package and the opportunity to develop and progress in your career.
Requirements:
-Social Work Qualification
-SWE Registration
-Previous Experience in Fostering
