Team Leader - for globally expanding IT-Security consultancy!

Our client is an IT Security consultancy with a 360 degree focus on Cyber Security, with branches both in Europe, Asia and North America. They help and coach companies when it comes to implementing their Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), along with certification support ISO 27001, cyber defence, DDoS tests, external and internal security tests, secure software (development) to ensure their customers maintain the required Cyber Security posture.

At the moment they are looking for a Team Leader to help them lead a team of 8 - 10 consultants.

Your tasks:

• Mentoring and taking care of discipline, along with handling technical responsibilities for a team of 8-10 people that you gradually build and expand.
• Helping your team with personal development and coaching them on core competencies.
• Operational implementation of security projects as a senior consultant or project manager.
• Showcasing and sharing your expert knowledge at conferences and pre-sales.

Your profile:

• You already have several years of experience as a team leader.
• Furthermore you have several years of experience in IT Security.
• Good leadership and coaching skills.
• Native level German and fluent English.

Salary: - € 90,000 to € 100,000 Brutto per year (DOE)
