We are looking for a driven recruitment sales professional who is interested in playing a critical role in one of Wiley’s fastest growing business units.
Wiley partners with many of the world’s leading non-profit, professional associations to publish their career centers. This involves providing job board technology, valuable careers-related content, audience reach, marketing and sales. We are currently the foremost provider in the space, providing a unique solution to some of the world's most prestigious society brands.
Our association career center business has grown at astonishing rate over the past 5 years and has become a core focus for company growth. Working with the best technology in the sector, we are looking for experienced sales professionals to grow employer advertising revenues for Wiley and our association partners.
Offering a highly competitive base salary and incentive structure, with excellent opportunities for progression, we are looking for exceptional candidates, ideally (but not necessarily) with a background in the recruitment industry. This role offers plenty of opportunity for domestic and international travel and can be based either remotely or from our Chichester or Oxford offices.
· Educated to Bachelor degree level
· Proven track record in sales and negotiation
· Excellent communicator
· Recruitment sales/ industry experience preferred
· Strong presentation skills
