Director of Customer Success - for an innovate start-up!

Our client is an innovative Cyber Security Software builder that has created a software that conducts automated penetration tests, enabling companies that do not have a lot of experience or knowledge about IT Security to build applications, as it would trigger an automated pentest once the code has been altered. The product does not focus on exploitation, but rather focuses on vulnerabilities.

As the Director of Customer Success, who will lead and manage a team of 3 consultants, along with being involved in Pre-sales and customer on-boarding. Therefore, your skills in Key Account Management will also be highly appreciated.

Currently the role is managed by the Co-founder and as the company expands, they are looking for the right person to take over the positon and you will have the opportunity to be a part of a start up that is already projected to grow 400% over the next 2 years, while they already have well established companies using their application to ensure that their Cyber security posture is secure and stable.

Furthermore, the team is poised to grow upto 12 consultants over the course of 2 years, and you will be directly involved in ensuring that the team is meeting their KPIs, motivate and lead the people.

As the ideal candidate:-

  • You should have atleast 3-5 years of Penetration testing experience.
  • At the same time, you should have lead and managed a team, while being involved in recruitment of new members ensuring stable growth.
  • You should already have experience working closely with customers, to understand their technical requirements, before the on-boarding stage.
  • Ideally you should be willing to relocate or look forward working in Bonn or in the NRW region.
  • You must be a Native level German speaker and be fluent in English language skills.

Salary: - € 85,000 - € 100,000 Brutto per year + variable commissions and bonuses
