Preclinical Manager: travaillez dans la santé animale

My client, a fascinating Animal Health biopharmaceutical start-up, is looking to expand their team with a brand new Preclinical Manager.

First experience required: affinity in Inflammation and/or Tissue Regeneration would be heavily appreciated and would definitely weigh in your favour.

Your responsibilities
* Oversee the design and management of IV preclinical development
* Write preclinical study plans
* Manage CROs and external collaborations to support product preclinical development programs
* Collect and analyse data while ensuring their traceability according to the internal quality system
* Manage and write subsidies demands and reports
* Work closely with the management to ensure that preclinical programs are performed in a quality, timely and scientific manner

Your Profile
* Ph.D. in biological sciences
* Knowledge of product preclinical drug development, experience in biotech product
development is a plus
* Experience managing CROs and external collaborations
* Problem solving oriented skills
* Multi-tasking ability and attention to details
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent organizational skills
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent presentation skills
* Fluent in English and French
