Team Manager (Fostering) - Professional Development Opportunities
Salary - Up to £42,000
NonStop Care is working with a Children's Charity in order to recruit for a Team Manager to join their Fostering Service.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to step up into management, or an experienced team manager who is looking fr the opportunity to move into a Registered Fostering Manager role in the future. They have a focus on training and development, including providing support for your Level 5 qualification in Leadership.
They are a well established charity who have been providing support to vulnerable children and families in the North West for more than 50 years. The medium sized Fostering Service has a Good Ofsted.
You will lead a small, stable team of Social Workers and Support workers to continue providing a high quality service across the region. The Team Manger in this role will also deputise for the Registered Fostering Manager, and be prepared to step up into this role in the future.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Social Worker who is experienced in Fostering roles. Management experience is preferred, but experienced Supervising Social Workers will be considered. You must be registered with Social Work England and have a Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.
