Manage a Children's EBD Residential Home as a Locum

A well known and respected UK based charity is seeking an experienced Residential Manager to provide leadership to one its homes in the West Midlands on a locum basis

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well established charity which has a nationwide presence has been providing services for more than 150 years. The organisation is specifically work with young people in care, on the edge of care or who are leaving care and follow the Social Pedagogy Model to provide a more holistic approach to service users to ensure best possible outcomes for young people.

There is large emphasis on a therapeutic approach and therefore the organisation has created an in-house team of a range of psychologists to help support young people as well as staff. This post will see you manage a Children Home which specialises in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

To be considered for this post you should have held a similar post working with children with Emotional and Behavioural difficulties.
