Supervising Social Worker - Outstanding IFA
Salary - Up to £33,000 plus car allowance
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the North West in order to recruit for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.
They are a very well established Independent Fostering Agency who have an Outstanding Ofsted and a proven record of achieving positive outcomes for the children in their care.
They work within the Mockingbird family model to improve placement stability, safety and permanency for children and young people in care and to improve support for, and retention of, foster carers.
The Supervising Social Worker in this role will focus on supporting and supervising foster carers, as well as assessment and delivering training.
This is a home based role, meaning you won't have to spend time travelling to the office on a regular basis. They also offer a lot of flexibility and a very competitive salary package. They also have a very generous holiday allowance which goes up to 35 days in line with service, so you can really make the most of your time off.
