As a Quality Improvement manager you inspire colleagues to comply with this policy and apply it in day-to-day work.
You do this together with the 4 quality managers. You direct, coach and inspire this team to give the best of themselves.
You strive for continuous improvements by translating the quality vision into concrete projects and systems, including practical applicability in the workplace.
You represent the company externally with regard to the quality policy pursued. This mainly includes contacts with customers in the context of audits and other quality-related matters.
You coordinate the complaint follow-up together with the management, the production managers and the commercial back office. Taking corrective measures as well as outlining preventive measures and safeguarding them fall under your competence.
Together with your team you are responsible for managing the quality procedures and work instructions.
We are looking for someone who has strong affinity with a production environment, where quality is directly linked to production.
You preferably have an Engineering degree.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP is a great added value.
You combine a helicopter view with a hands-on and pragmatic approach. Thinking deeply about specific production themes and implementing them afterwards is what you enjoy doing.
