My client, a globally present company, is recruiting an Application Specialist to cover mostly Swedish territory with occasional coverage of Norway included. Requirements:

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Acting as a primary contact for Scandinavian customers in all application and technical requests regarding company's laboratory automation systems.
  * Analysing technical problems via remote access and giving recommendations on how to solve them.
  * Coordinating the processes of installation, repair or maintenance tasks on site.
  * Planning and implementing the laboratory systems given the interest of the customer, together with the local sales representative.
  * Analysing the customer data and work flows in the laboratory, taking into account the individual requests and requirements of our customers.
  * Mainly working in home office and occasionally providing on-site support in the customer laboratories in Sweden and Norway.
  

Qualifications:

• Professional experience working in a laboratory and a strong technical understanding; ideally prior experience in technical support, sales or field service.
  * Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish.
  * Completed training as a medical-technical assistant, medical-technical laboratory assistant or biology laboratory assistant or having a comparable qualification.
  * Strong communication skills paired with analytical and service-oriented working methods to address any customer requests in a competent manner.
  * Place of residence is ideally in the Stockholm area.
  * Class B driver's license.
