Registered Manager: Single Placement Children's Home, W. Mid.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for all the activities involved in the management of the home. You will ensure compliance with Quality Standards and Children's Homes Regulations, whilst keeping the safety and welfare of children at the heart of all activities.

An in-house team of therapists and psychologists ensures that children receive all the care they need. Fully trained staff and a supportive management structure will help you deliver quality childcare where it's most needed.

My client is at the forefront of care for Children and Young People, having recently participated in a long-term academic research project into the effects of trauma. A keen investor in people, they are happy to consider promising candidates without Registered Manager experience who can show a dedication and passion for the field of Childcare.

As part of the role, you'll promote the service to local authorities, organisations, and individuals, acting as the main representative of the home, taking a formative role in the direction and development of the service; managing finances, strategies, and staff. You won't be on your own in this- a supportive management team will be there for you to guide you along and provide help when needed.
