General Purpose

MThree has developed a best in class hire, train, and deploy program that build's pipelines of custom trained, Next-Generation IT talent for Global, Blue Chip companies. We hire top STEM grads, put them through a client customized IT training program, and deploy them out to our clients on a contract to hire basis.

What we are looking for:
The Instructor Production Support teaches aspiring developers, production support analysts, or banking operations precisely what they need to succeed on their team. He/She will not just teach individuals the technical aspects; they will teach them to act, think, and work like professionals. This person will manage a highly immersive training program for the most committed, passionate and vetted students.

What you'll do:
  • Run and instruct a 4 to 8 weeks intensive course for either an in-person class or virtual classroom for online students.
  • Use a proven curriculum to guide aspiring developers towards entry level capabilities in an accelerated timeframe
  • Have a clear vision with innovative solutions to teaching the subject matter
  • Work with a management team to continuously improve the student experience, by providing students with world-class instruction, give feedback on curriculum, and equip students with skill set to be promptly successful in a developer role.
  • Analyze data and feedback consistently to ensure the curriculum is up to date
  • Create a game plan for the expansion outcomes that are necessary for success
  • Design outcomes for graduates and track their progress
  • Help recruit other like-minded instructors who care about building the next generation of software developers
  • Lead a small team of instructors performing the above tasks as well

What you need:
  • Desired: Bachelor's/Master's Degree
  • Minimum: High school diploma/GED
  • 7 years of experience in production support analysis, or banking operations
  • Experience in Python
  • Ability to emphasize and show the meta-skills and core concepts of professional operations, support and software development
  • Proven experience and subject matter expertise in field of operations, support and software development
  • Prior management experience
  • High level of empathy, patience, and an ability to encourage students who are struggling, offer additional challenges to students who are excelling, and always offer and encourage open and honest communication
  • Prior experience with training/mentorship is a plus

Special Position Requirements:
The position will need to travel up to 50% (New Jersey, Minneapolis, Montreal)
Fluency in English, French knowledge is an asset.
