Senior Supervising Social Worker - Non-Profit IFA
Salary - Up to £36,000
NonStop Care is working with a Non-profit IFA in North Yorkshire to recruit for a Senior Supervising Social worker to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a home based role, which does not require daily travel to an office, giving you more time for your commitments outside of work.
As a Non-Profit, any surplus income within the organisation is reinvested into providing additional support and training for their Foster Carers. They have a Good Ofsted and a good reputation nationwide.
You will be responsible for the support and supervision of Foster Carers, as well as the recruitment and training of new carers. As this is a senior role, there will also be the expectation to occasionally take the lead in projects, deliver training to Foster Carers, and support more junior team members.
In addition to a competitive salary and extensive holiday allowance (32 days), they also offer company pension and a generous mileage scheme.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Social Worker with previous experience in Fostering. You must be SWE Registered, and have a full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle.
