The University of Bristol Law School has an exciting opportunity for a capable, committed and skilled administrator to work in the School's Communications and Marketing Team.

The role holder will provide general office support to the team with tasks that include booking photographers, providing administrative support to student societies, assisting with Open and Visit Days and raising purchase orders for suppliers. The role holder will also have the opportunity of developing communications and marketing skills - with ownership of projects such as managing the student testimonial database, producing leaflets and gathering content for staff and student newsletters.

For this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent IT, organisational and time management skills. You should have proven experience of working in an office or office\reception environment in a supporting role (administration, reception, secretarial etc.), preferably in an educational marketing environment. You should also be educated to GCSE level, or equivalent, in five subjects, to include English & Maths (Grades A - C) OR have proven vocational training (including IT skills) OR have NVQ level 2 or equivalent.

You must enjoy working in and contributing in a team environment, be able to work independently and have strong commitment to customer care and service quality.
