Registered Fostering Manager - Therapeutic IFA
salary up to £55,000
NonStop Care is looking for a Registered Fostering Manager for an Independent Fostering Agency in the East Midlands area. In this role, you will manage the provision of a therapeutic fostering and social work service for the agency and also you will oversee a team of experienced Supervising Social Workers.
The Registered Fostering Manager will ensure that the Fostering Services Regulations and the National Minimum Standards for Fostering are implemented.
They offer a good salary package (between £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience) plus performance related bonuses and they are looking to interview as soon as possible.
Please apply if you are a Registered Fostering Manager, Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager and if you have experience in fostering, within Independent Fostering Agencies or within Local Authorities. You must have a good understanding of the fostering legislation and national minimum standards.
