Senior Supervising Social Worker - Non-Profit IFA
Salary - Up to £36,000
NonStop Care is working with a Non-profit IFA in North Yorkshire to recruit for a Senior Supervising Social worker to join them on a permanent basis.
They offer a very competitive salary and benefits package, including mileage paid at a generous rate of £0.45 per mile.
They are a not for profit organisation providing a high standard of service nationwide, something which is reflected in their Good Ofsted. As a Non-Profit, any surplus income within the organisation is reinvested into providing additional support and training for their Foster Carers.
The Senior Supervising Social Worker in this role will be involved in the recruitment, assessment, support and supervision of Foster Carers. As this is a senior role, there will also be the expectation to occasionally take the lead in projects, deliver training to Foster Carers, and support more junior team members.
In addition to a competitive salary and extensive holiday allowance, they also offer company pension and a generous mileage scheme.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Supervising Social Worker who has previously worked within Independent Fostering Agencies. You must be registered with Social Work England and have a full UK drivers license.
