Assistant Director of Fostering
£75,000 per annum plus car allowance
NonStop Care is looking to recruit for a permanent Assistant Director of Fostering for a well established Independent Fostering Agency. This is a national role, so you will be based in the office that is closest to you.
The Assistant Director will be managing the Heads of Fostering. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and with the Head of Quality Assurance, leading the ongoing growth and development of the service, ensuring that performance is measured and achieved.
Please apply if you are a Senior Manager with experience in Fostering. You must have a proven track record of delivering results including improvements to service. You must have a Social Work Qualification and a driving license.
