The Academic Unit of Primary and Palliative Care are looking to recruit a full-time Research Assistant to work on a 2 year study, funded by Diabetes UK which aims to adapt and test the feasibility of an innovative online, brief psychological intervention to manage binge eating in people with Type 2 diabetes.

The post holder will work closely with the Chief Investigator and will responsible for co-ordinating co-design workshops, recruiting participants, supporting the day to day running of a pilot study, and being involved in the analysis and write-up of research for publication. This is a significant developmental opportunity for ambitious candidates who wish to enhance their research skills and qualifications whist contributing to the success of these important studies.
