The role will involve providing therapeutic support to Children and Young People with challenging behaviours. You will be trained in research informed methods and will be helped towards gaining further qualifications that will increase your skills and knowledge.

As part of their employee investments, my clients will also help you with progression within the company. Working as a Support Worker, you will gain invaluable experience that will increase your career prospects and broaden your professional horizons, getting you ready for further advancement.

This is an exciting time to join as the services are expanding and more Young People need help than ever. The skill-set gained within therapeutic residential childcare will continue to be highly sought after and my client can help you gain and improve that skill-set.

The role is full time, with shifts taking place during the day. You'll have to be flexible for weekends and commit to a permanent role.
