Nonstop's client, based in Mid Wales is looking for a Principal Social Worker (equivalent to Assistant Team Manager) for its Youth Justice Team. If you are looking for a flexible position this could be ideal as they encourage working from home, giving you a better worklife balance.

The Principal Social Worker will possess advanced social work knowledge, skills and leadership related to improving outcomes for children and young people entering the criminal justice service or at risk of doing so. Will consistently demonstrate a high level of competence and confidence in the full range of social work tasks with children and their families, particularly in relation to child protection, court proceedings, work with looked after children, and partnership working.
