Supervising Social Worker -Outstanding IFA
Salary - Up to £32,000 (DOE)
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the East Riding of Yorkshire area to recruit for Supervising Social Workers to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Social Worker, or someone who is looking to build their career in Fostering, as they are happy to provide full training to allow you to develop your skills in the area.
My client are a very well established IFA who are proud to have an Outstanding Ofsted.
The home based Supervising Social Worker in this role will be responsible for the recruitment, training, support and supervision of up to 15 Fostering Households.
They offer a competitive salary package which includes assessment bonuses and a generous car allowance. They also offer lots of opportunities to develop your skills and progress into more senior roles with them.
