Social Worker - Family Safeguarding - Caseload: 14 Children

NonStop Care is working with a Local Authority in the Berkshire area, in order to recruit for a permanent Social Worker, who can join their Children Safeguarding Team.
They have a Good Ofsted with Outstanding features, so it is a very nice working environment. They are using the Family Safeguarding Model and by doing that, they reduced their caseloads a lot. At the moment, the caseload is between 14 to 17 children (not families), allowing you to have a better work life balance.
They have an open space office where the managers are always visible, so you will always have access to them if you need them.
They offer a very good salary package, depending on your experience. Also they have a very clear career path, which means you can progress your career with them.
Please apply if you are a Social Worker or a Senior Practitioner and if you have experience in working within Children Safeguarding Teams, Children in Need or Child Protection Services. You must be registered with Social Work England and have a driving license.
