Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic Fostering Agency
Salary - up to £31,500
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in order to recruit for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis.
They offer a therapeutic service, and provide extensive training to Foster Carers in Therapeutic Parenting. There is a clinical psychologist on their team who provides additional support.
The Supervising Social Worker in this role will drive the growth of the service in the Yorkshire area, recruiting a base of carers in the area and providing them with high quality support and supervision.
You will be home based, and part of a wider team who work across the North East. The role involves managing your own caseload and you will have a lot of autonomy with regard to how you organise this. They offer a competitive salary and lots of flexibility, so you can have a better work/life balance in this role.
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker with previous experience working in Independent Fostering Agencies. You must be registered with Social Work England and have a UK drivers license.
