Supervising Social Worker - Good IFA
Salary - up to £36,000
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the Leeds area to recruit for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.
My client are a well established agency with a Good Ofsted, who have a major focus on ensuring the quality of their placement and matching process, thereby improving the outcomes for the children in their care.
They are a small sized agency with a personal approach, and you will be joining a stable team of Social Workers who are dedicated to providing high quality support to their carers.
The Supervising Social Worker in this role will have a manageable caseload of Foster Carers in the Leeds and Bradford areas, providing them with support and supervision, as well as undertaking the assessment of new Foster Carers.
They offer a very competitive salary package which includes a generous mileage scheme, and the flexibility to work from home from time to time. There are also lots of opportunities to develop your skills and progress in your career with them.
