Job Details

The School of Economics at the University of Bristol is seeking to fill several academic posts with high calibre staff as a result of growth in our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

We are looking to appoint Senior Lecturers/Associate Professors in Economics who will contribute to our strong economics research profile and who show a commitment to excellent teaching.

Applicants should have an excellent research profile in economics with a strong track record of publications in top international economic journals and the ability to secure grant funding. They should also be able to teach to the highest standards at Undergraduate and Masters level and have experience of unit and programme design. They will also have completed a PhD in Economics or a related discipline.

The closing date for applications is midnight on Sunday 29th November. We expect to interview in February/ March and will finalise arrangements for flyouts in due course.
