Job Details
An opening is available for a talented researcher with experience relevant to developing health behaviour change interventions using qualitative methods. The successful applicant will play a leading role in developing an intervention for patients and health professionals to improve management of asthma. The work will be carried out under the supervision of Professor Lucy Yardley, working closely with teams at the Universities of Oxford, Bath and Southampton.
Applicants will have an in-depth understanding of health psychology or a closely related subject, will normally have completed a PhD and additional research experience. They will be expected to be establishing a growing reputation within their particular research field and academic discipline and to be developing and demonstrating intellectual independence.
