Work with a new Model of Practice with Leading Academics
A Local Authority based in the West Midlands is currently working with Professor Thorpe & Elaine McHale to implement the Virtuous Cycle model of practice.
Highlights:
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a Local Authority which is currently going through a period of change in order to modernise its Services and practice models. They are currently working with leading academics to help implement the Virtuous Cycle Model to improve outcomes for children, which you will receive training on.
As this is a period of change you will have the opportunity to have an impact on the development of the service and be a part of that change which is expected to improve practice significantly. The Local Authority values locums and has regular supervision meeting to share ideas as to how to further improve practice and overall levels of job satisfaction which you will be encouraged to be a part of.
To be considered for this post you should have experience of completing Court Work.
