NonStop is working with a local authority in South East London to find an experienced team manager to lead their front line team. This local authority has been on an express journey to improve their services with an OUTSTANDING leadership rating from OFSTED recently and they are looking for an experienced manager to speed up the positive improvement of the service. You will be in charge of a small team with low staff turn over, enable you to focus on the main task of management and leadership of the team instead of recruitment needs.

To qualify for this role, you will need to be registered with Social Work England, and have management experience in a Children Social Service team.
