Credit Risk Manager - Trade Finance

I am looking for a motivated credit risk analyst to provide credit risk assessment for the current and prospective counterparties of my client (corporate clients and financial institutions) and collateral, to maintain and further develop the related assessment standards, models, reports and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the credit approval body with an independent risk opinion for the credit proposals prepared by the risk-taking departments
• Actively support the transaction structuring, especially for the risk mitigation measures
• Further develop the Transactional Trade Finance product, incl. credit assessment of counterparties and collateral, maintenance of related standards and methodologies, internal controls and the Bank's organizational processes
• Monitor counterparty's financials and other material developments on an ongoing basis
• Further develop and maintain the internal policies, risk assessment criteria and templates, and internal rating models (PD and LGD)
• Perform stress-test / price sensitivity analysis / cash flow modelling
• Produce regular internal and external credit risk reports
• Direct reporting line to the Head of Credit Risk

Profile:

• Credit Risk Management / Credit Analysis role with recognized international bank
• 5+ years in a credit analysis / risk management function
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance or Economics
• CFA charterholder or certified FRM holder preferred
• Fluent in English
