Data and Systems Officer

The University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2017-2021 will apply to a successful candidate's employment at the University. The University recently temporarily varied its Enterprise Agreement. Please be advised that the salary range, along with other conditions associated with this position, may change in accordance with the variation to the Enterprise Agreement.

Fixed-term position for to cover maternity leave available until March 2022

Do you like working with data? Located within the External Relations branch, the Data & Systems Officer works under general direction to support the University's engagement activities through the provision of data-related services.

The position also provides technical advice, system monitoring, training and support to staff, stakeholders and external customers with regards to External Relations systems.

To be successful you will need:

• Experience and understanding of database systems, building complex queries, analysing results and preparing reports.
• High-level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Access.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential data.
• Experience or willingness to learn to deliver training in one-to-one and group environments and preparing training materials.
