The School of Media and Communication at the University of Leeds is a world-leading media and communication department with a vibrant research culture and a commitment to excellence in teaching. The School is 2nd in the UK for communication and media studies (The Complete University Guide 2021).

The School seeks to appoint a Teaching Fellow in Media and Communication to join us from January 2021 to contribute to teaching throughout the year, including during summer 2021. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching and supervision on the School's MA in Communication and Media that starts in January 2021, and may contribute to other teaching in the School where suitable. The role includes a 20% allocation for the development of pedagogy and scholarship. You will have a PhD in media and communication (or other closely-related area), and a record of innovative high-quality teaching.
