LOCUM Qualified Social Worker - based in West Midlands!

I'm currently working with a Local Authority located in the West Midlands and we are looking for an additional LOCUM Qualified Social Worker to join the MASH team.

You will be offer flexible working option, with the option of working 4 days in the office and 1 day from home outside of restriction, and maximum 3 days a week in the office during restriction, enabling you to have a better work life balance, plus:

• Uses a Holistic Model so teams are organised in Hubs, which are made of a Multi-Disciplinary team to provide a more holistic package of care.
• All team managers are permanent staff who knows the in and out of the service that can give you support if need be and provides regular supervisions.
• The local authority is working alongside Professor Thorpe and Elaine McHale; who work to the 'Virtuous Cycle Model' and a new director that's making changes to improve the service.
• Stable management team that can provide support as they know the in and out of the role, that can help you settle in the team more easily.
• On a Duty system, working from home mostly with visit done only on emergency and high risk cases.
• Using Signs of Safety which provides better outcome for the children and will give you better satisfaction at work.
• Hourly rate up to £32.34 based on experience

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• Social Work Qualified
• Post qualified experience in Children Social Services
