Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA
salary package up to £34,500 per annum plus £4,500 car allowance
NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker for a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the South West of England.
In this role, you will be part of a therapeutic Independent Fostering, that provides therapeutic support to children and young people with complex needs or trauma. The Supervising Social Worker will receive plenty of therapeutic training, such a DDP, in order to ensure a high quality of care is delivered.
The Supervising Social Worker will be part of a not for profit IFA, meaning that they re-invest their profit back into the service, making sure the service is improving on an ongoing basis.
They are also Gold in Investors in People which proves that you will receive lots of training and support, which will allow you to progress your career with them.
The caseload is low, around 10, and it is around the Bristol - Somerset areas. There is some flexibility with home working, so you don't need to be in the office every day.
