Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic & Outstanding IFA
salary: £33,500
NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the North East England, on a permanent basis.
The Supervising Social Worker will be part of a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating. They have an in-house Trauma Intervention Care model, specialising in the assessment and treatment of developmental trauma and attachment difficulties, which is designed to have the children supported across the entire network.
All foster carers and Fostering Social Workers are fully trained in therapeutic fostering.
The SSW will have a small caseload around the Hull / East Yorkshire area. This is a home based role, offering you the flexibility to manage your own schedule.
Please apply if you are a Social Worker and if you have experience in fostering, ideally in supervising foster carers. You must have a good understanding of the Ofsted legislation and a driving license.
