MASH Position- Non Case holding
This MASH role is located in the police station given you more of an opportunity to work closer with your colleagues within the police force, this would provide you with more in depth knowledge in a different aspect of social care than maybe what your used to.
This MASH position is ideal for social workers that don't like long drives to work as this office-based position is located 5 minute from the local train station in addition to this you will not be carrying any cases this means that you will finish work at 5pm and be able to leave work at work, leaving you more time to do other things such as spend time with family and friends or to watch that movie you have not had the time to watch.
Our client values autonomy and a good work life balance to demonstrate this they offer flexible working hours as they understand the needs of the modern-day social worker meaning you would only be in the office for 2 days.
To demonstrate this further this local authority will consider qualified social workers who have experience within the referral and assessment team as you will have transferable skills as well as someone whom has no experience working within a MASH team.
