Are you a reward professional looking for an exciting new opportunity?
Can you bring experience of developing strategic plans within the field of reward and recognition to our University?
This is a specialist role within the HR Leadership Team. You will have the specific responsibility to determine and implement the University approach to employee reward and recognition, which includes pension administration.
The HR Leadership team work together to define and deliver our shared goals by targeting resource across the service and applying an agile approach to meet internal priorities and external requirements. Our focus is to enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, leadership capability and organisational design and culture. To enable delivery, a key role of the team is to ensure effective working and behaviours across the HR function and develop a culture of trusted partnership and professional expertise.
You will have strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop your team to deliver a high quality and strategically aligned service.

Due to the coronavirus and social distancing measures, the interviews for this role are likely to be conducted remotely using Microsoft Teams. It is also expected that relevant work within these roles may be done remotely, within the UK, while these measures remain in place.
