Supervising Social Worker - Up to £36,000

NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the North West in order to recruit for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

They offer a very good salary of up to £36,000 DOE.

My client are a very well established company who have a good reputation nationwide. They have a Good Ofsted in the North West, and are a large service providing high quality placements. They are dedicated to the improvement of their service and are moving in a more therapeutic direction, developing their own approach.

The Supervising Social Worker in this role will manage a caseload across the Wirral area. The role will involve recruitment and assessment of new carers as well as providing Supervision and support to existing carers.

They offer a very competitive salary package which includes a generous Car Allowance and Out of Hours paid additionally. You will also have the opportunity do develop your skills and progress into more senior roles within the team. They do also offer plenty of flexibility, including home based working and flexible hours.

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker who is registered with Social Work England. You must be registered with Social Work England and have a full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle. Previous experience in Fostering is an advantage, but social workers with other experience in Children and Families Social Work will also be considered.
