Senior Scientist - USP of Viral Vectors - Process Development

Exciting opportunity for a senior scientist to join a growing company in a new area of genetherapy and celltherapy!

My client is a biotech CDMO with a global presence. They have a solid background in biopharmaceuticals, and working on some complex problems from their international client base. They are expanding into the celltherapy and genetherapy sector, and are investing heavily in this area with new favilities to accompany. They are a very horizontal company, where everyone gets involved in the process optimization, and all are encouraged to share ideas and thoughts.

They are looking for an experienced Scientist for their Upstream Process of viral vectors. As it is new facilities you will be working with the latest technology. They are always interested in progressing with their process' and takes all suggestion onboard. This gives a great opportunity to work with process development, and gain experience with new equipment.

They are located in Basel, Switzerland, a city know for its biotech and pharmaceutical industry, as well as a vibrant cultural scene. They invite candidates from all over Europe, with English as the only language requirement.

They are looking for candidates with this profile:

• Either a P.hD. with 3+ years industry experience or MSc with 5+ years industry experience
• Experience working with USP for gene- and celltherapy products
• A drive to make a difference in the industry

• You have an innovative spirit, and can work independently
