Marketing Manager Growing Pharmaceutical Dermatology Company

Are you searching for a strategic role where you will be the the focal point of a pharmaceutical company's brand and associated campaigns?

My client is a Medium-sized Pharmaceutical company that develops dermatological medicine. They are currently growing and therefore looking for a Home/field-based Marketing Manager to become the focal point of the company's brand and associated campaigns.

The Market Manager will mainly be responsible for:

• Strategy (implement strategies for their products brand in the Nordics. Function as Chairman of the Brand team. Help build and refine optimal value proposition of my clients portfolio.)
• Execution (By direct customer engagement, promote the added value of the company products. Gather insights from the dermatological market in order to identify growth levers.
• Field (Spend up to approximately 50% of the time with external parties (in the field) e.g. Health care professionals or partners. Be the key contact person for selected external stakeholder and organize internal / external meetings.

Requirements:

• Great knowledge of Dermatology.
• At least 5 years commercial experience from life sciences.
• Excellent communication skills in the Swedish and English language.
• Ability to spend some nights away from home - approx. 20 travel days/year.

It is considered meritorious If you have the following experience:

• Experience with Medical and Regulatory Compliance of marketing materials and meetings in the industry
• Experience with prescription products sold outside of hospitals and ideally with OTC products as well.
• Knowledge of HTA bodies and Value based medicine).
