Project Lead - Tech Transfer - Covid 19 vaccine (Home based)

We are looking for a Project Lead in Technology Transfer for a permanent and home based project on the development of a Covid-19 vaccine.

We have at this moment a position as Project Lead (Technical Transfer) full time, permanent and home based to work on the development and manufacturing of a Covid-19 vaccine. This position is suitable whether for permanents candidates or freelancers/consultants. The start date would be December (with flexibility).

Project Lead

It is the role of Project Leader to lead their teams and drive speedy execution while routinely reporting and communicating project status. They will lead a technical team and work with our client TLI to identify and resolve issues across teams to realize executions timeliness and certainty.

The following are key responsibilities of the Project Leader TO:

• Lead their team through the initiation, planning, execution, and closing phases of their projects.
• Identify core team members and align on appropriate communication plan.
• Prepare for and lead the project kick-off meeting
• Set the comprehensive project schedule baseline, budget (where applicable), and Final Project Objectives (FPOs) at project kick-off to measure progress against moving forward.
• Create and maintain a project schedule using Microsoft Project or preferred software including scenarios
• Present E2E timeline visuals.
• Generation and maintenance of the risk register, throughout the life of the project.
• Drive project change controls from initiation through closure.
• Schedule and facilitate recurring core team meetings.
• Publish agendas prior to each meeting.
• Publish meeting minutes within 2 working days after each meeting.
• Communicate our client TLI to escalated issues and communicate project status and risks
• Conduct weekly reviews with our client TLI
