Team Manager post in an Assessment team in a North East London Local Authority.

Highlights:

This is a Referral & Assessment and CIN team position with no Court work.

Management Focussed role where you will be focussed on overseeing and providing professional supervision to colleagues in the Assessment team.

Very Stable local authority with high number of staff being permanent, this will allow Managers to focus on their work and not be juggling an unstable teams recruitment.

New Operating Model which combines functions from Childrens, Adults, Public Health and Housing services so information is readily available to Social Workers so that they don't have to run around trying to collate all the information which saves loads of time and less beurocracy.

This Local Authority is a Good Rated by Ofsted.

Access to various training including around identity, trauma informed practice as part of a personal development plan available to staff.

Permanent post paying up to £ 52,482 per annum
