Children's Home Deputy Manager
Salary: £34,000 - £40,000
NonStop Care is working with a Children's Residential Service in Bolton in order to recruit for an experienced Registered Manager for one of their homes.
They are a registered charity who provide a range of services for children and young people with complex needs, including several schools for children with Special Education Needs.
They have a number of 4 bedded homes in the Bolton area, providing specialist care services for young people with a physical disability, complex health needs and learning disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the regulatory and financial performance of the home
- Management and supervision of a team of Children's Support Workers
- To promote the welfare of children and young people in the home and ensure they are protected from harm
- Management of the day to day running of the home

Requirements
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Services
- Previous experience in a management role within Children's Residential Services
- A good knowledge of Ofsted regulations
- Previous experience working with people with moderate to severe learning disabilities or physical disabilities
