Senior Supervising Social Worker - IFA
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 (Negotiable)
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the North West in order to recruit for a Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.
My client are a well established Fostering Agency who have a Good Ofsted, and who work on a nonprofit basis, reinvesting any profits they make into improving the service they provide.
They have a holistic approach, and carry out direct life story work with the children in their care, as well as providing a high level of support and training to their Foster Carers.
Responsibilities
The Senior Supervising Social Worker in this role will hold a small caseload of Foster Carers in the North East, providing them with support and supervision. There may also be some direct work with the Looked After Children.
As the Senior team member, you will also be responsible for the supervision of more junior team members, and providing support to other social workers on the team.

- SWE Registration
- Previous experience in a senior role in Fostering
- Full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle for business purposes
