Senior Practitioner (Fostering) - Non-Profit
Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 (Negotiable)
NonStop Care is recruiting for an experienced Supervising Social Worker or Senior Practitioner to join a Not For Profit Independent Fostering Agency in the North East, who have a Good Ofsted.
You will be joining well established agency, who put any additional revenue into the service they provide. They have a holistic approach to Fostering, and work directly with the children in their care to better address any issues or traumas, as well as providing a very high level of training and support to their Foster Carers.
Responsibilities
The Senior Practitioner in this role will hold a small caseload, mostly in the Durham area. You will provide support and supervision to Foster Carers, as well as delivering training and occasional Form Fs.
You will also have some responsibility for the supervision of 2 more junior team members

- Social Work Qualification
