Due to a member of staff going on long term sick leave, our client has a vacancy for a Part-Time 18 Hours a week Social Worker within the Child Protection team working across two Local Authorities in South West London.
Many workers stay in the authority for a long time. The Managers in the Child in Need team are permanent members of staff, providing stability within the service. You will not have to worry about managers leaving, making it easier for you to forge a working relationship with colleagues.
The resources available to families within the borough are second to none, which means you will be empowered and able to help them make long-term positive changes. Within the Children in Need team the caseloads are capped, the authority aims cases to be at 18, allowing social workers more time to focus on their cases in depth, giving you the opportunity to make a difference.
For further information on the role, please send your CV in a Microsoft Word format to Jessel on j.samba@nonstopcare.com or give me a ring on 0207 940 2100.
