Fostering Team Manager
A well regarded Fostering Agency are looking for a Team Manager to join their service in the East London. As Team Manager, you will supervise a small team of Supervising Social Workers while also supporting the Registered Fostering Manager in leading the development and growth of the fostering business in terms of quality and quantity of carers.
The position offers supportive management, ongoing training and development and flexible working.
To be consider you must have the following
Knowledge:
* Of children fostering services and sector
* Of Local Authority customer and contract management
Skills:
* Demonstrable experience of supervising social care staff and or SW students
* Execution - getting things done
* Commercial acumen
* Clear, concise communication both verbally and in writing
* Emotional intelligence
* Development of people
Education:
* Social work degree or recognised Social Work Qualification, HCPC registered SW
