Job Details
I am currently recruiting for a QA Director at a Sterile Manufacturing site in Norway. This position will have 6 direct reporting team leaders and a larger quality department of 40-50 people under them in total, thus the focus will be on leadership and organisational issues but without losing focus on the more operational aspects.
This site is located in Norway and thus relocation would be needed. However, the only language required is English as our client is a global company and it also means you will have a strong backing on the organisational side from people within the company. In the end this means that you will have possibilites to make changes and greatly improve the work done in the quality and manufacturing department.
You will report to a VP of QA with a dotted line to the Plant Manager.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership experience of larger teams. within Pharmaceutical QA. In particular within the manufacturing area.
- Excellent GMP knowledge.
- Good experience within sterile manufacturing is strongly recommended
- Fluency in English
- Ability to relocate to Norway
