Fostering Social Worker (Non-Profit)

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 DOE

NonStop Care is working with a well established Children's Charity in the North West who have a Good Ofsted, in order to recruit for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

As an organisation they have been providing support to vulnerable young people in the North West for more than 100 years. You will be joining a stable team of Social Workers and Support Workers who provide an extremely high level of service, and prioritise improving the outcomes for the children in their care above all else.

You will be mostly home based, with the flexibility to work from several locations in the North West on office days.

Responsibilities:

You will hold a manageable caseload of up to 15 fostering households, mostly located around the Lancashire area. You will be responsible for providing them with support and supervision, as well as delivery of training.

The role will also require you to complete some Form F Assessments.

Requirements:

• Social Work Qualification and SWE Registration
• Full UK Drivers license and access to a vehicle
• Previous experience in Fostering is preferred
