The University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2017-2021 will apply to a successful candidate's employment at the University. The University recently temporarily varied its Enterprise Agreement. Please be advised that the salary range, along with other conditions associated with this position, may change in accordance with the variation to the Enterprise Agreement.

Fixed-term contract available immediately for two years

The AIML Project & Engagement Officer will work with a small team of motivated professionals to support the institute and its research community. They will provide high level project and relationship support for new and existing partners from academic, industry and government as well as take ownership for the delivery of specific projects. Under the leadership of the Operations Manager the AIML project and engagement officer will be an external facing position with a focus on supporting business growth as well as contract, project and stakeholder management.

To be successful you will need:
  • High level project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a well-developed capability to build and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with stakeholders from academia, government and industry.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and capable of managing deadlines within tight time constraints.
  • Developed analytical and writing skills to provide high quality written reports.
