Supervising Social Worker (Senior) - IFA

Salary: £36,000 to £40,000

NonStop Care is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker or Senior Practitioner to join a non-profit Independent Fostering Agency who have a Good Ofsted in the North East on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a well established service with a holistic approach, where you will have the opportunity to work directly with looked after children as well as providing a high level of support and top quality training to Foster Carers.


You will hold a small caseload of Foster Carers, mostly based around the Durham area. You will provide them with support and supervision, as well as delivering training and occasionally completing Form F assessments.

As a senior team member, you will also be responsible for the supervision of more junior colleagues.

You must have a full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle.
